Line up starts at 9:15 at the Conoco station, the parade will start at 10:00 a.m. below are links to the entry form and parade rules. The entry form/waiver with signatures of every participant needs to be returned to the Westcliffe Town Hall by May 15th please. The town hall is open Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

beautiful Sangre De Cristos (Spanish for “Blood
of Christ”). The elevation of Westcliffe is
7.888 and offers many wonderful views. The town
of Westcliffe has a population of 568,
neighboring Silver Cliff has a population of
587 Custer County has a population of 5,410
which includes both Westcliffe, Silver Cliff and the unincorporated
Custer County 4,255.
