Westcliffe's 125 year celebration! Incorporated July 25, 1887 Memorial Day Parade May 26th, 2012 Line up starts at 9:15 at the Conoco station, the parade will start at 10:00 a.m. below are links to the entry form and parade rules. The entry form/waiver with signatures of every participant needs to be returned to the Westcliffe Town Hall by May 15th please. Westcliffe, Colorado is to the east of the beautiful Sangre De Cristos (Spanish for “Blood of Christ”).  The elevation of Westcliffe is 7.888 and offers many wonderful views.  The town of Westcliffe has a population of 568, neighboring Silver Cliff has a population of 587 Custer County has a population of 5,410 which includes both Westcliffe, Silver Cliff and the unincorporated Custer County 4,255.
